How much space do I need? 

Our simulator measures approximately 13 feet in width, 10 feet in length, and 10 feet in height. Additional space around the simulator setup will add comfort for all golf participants and guests. A 20 ft x 20 ft space is preferred.

Is this service weather permitting?

Yes, our golf simulators are weather permitting. Rain or inclement weather can greatly damage our golf simulator technology. We are happy to reschedule your event at no additional cost to you. Guest safety and golf enjoyment are our top priority. We can set up indoors if the outside weather is not ideal. The indoor setting must be large enough to fit our golf simulator housing (13 ft. W x 10 ft. L x 10 ft. H).

How long can I rent it out for?

We require a 2-hour minimum to book our mobile golf simulator. We do offer multiple hourly package rates, please contact us to discuss how long you would our simulator and services for.

Do you require a deposit?

All bookings require a 50% deposit of the full rental price. The deposit is applied to the total rental cost. The time and date you book is reserved just for you. This removes that availability from other potential customers. The deposit is your commitment to booking us for your specific event date and time. 

Do you provide staff?

Yes, our staff will be present for your event. Staffing our golf simulator ensures that setup and run time goes smoothly. We are there to answer any questions about the golf simulator and to help golfers.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, Cancellations within 7 business days of the event: You can use your credit (total amount paid) towards a future event. Cancellations between 7-14 days before the event: You will receive a 50% refund and a 50% credit towards a future event. Cancellations 14 days or more before the event: You will receive a 100% refund.
